This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of Searchable Filing Cabinet, operated by DB Software LLC, a Minnesota Limited Liability Company (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Our service allows you to upload, store, and download documents at searchablefilingcabinet.com. By using our service, you agree to comply with this AUP, which supplements our Terms of Service. 2. Purpose

The AUP ensures that our service is used responsibly and lawfully, protecting our users, our platform, and third parties. You are solely responsible for the documents you upload, store, or download (“User Content”) and for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws.

4. User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring your User Content complies with this AUP and all applicable laws.
  • Uploading documents at your own risk, as outlined in the Terms of Service.
  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials.

We do not actively review or moderate User Content but reserve the right to investigate complaints or suspected violations.

5. Enforcement

If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated this AUP, we may:

  • Remove or restrict access to your User Content.
  • Suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice.
  • Take legal action, including reporting violations to authorities.

We may also cooperate with law enforcement or third parties to address illegal content or activities.

6. Reporting Violations

If you believe content on our service violates this AUP, report it to support@searchablefilingcabinet.com or via our support page. We will investigate and respond within 7 days.

7. Intellectual Property Complaints

If you believe your copyright or intellectual property rights have been infringed by User Content, submit a complaint to support@searchablefilingcabinet.com, including:

  • A description of the copyrighted work.
  • The location of the infringing content on our service.
  • Your contact information and a statement of good faith belief.

We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will respond promptly.

8. Changes to This Policy
